Science

At South Stanley Junior School, we aim to build a science curriculum which fosters the children’ curiosity, enabling them to acquire both disciplinary and substantive knowledge. By reflecting on previous learning, each year, children are able to build on what they already know and through our enquiry-based approach to science, the children are also developing the skills they need to become future scientists.
